TERMS & CONDITIONS
For all new appointments, we charge your card a non-refundable deposit of $100 in order to reserve your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferable if you need to reschedule your appointment. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so 72 hours prior to your booked appointment.
We know sometimes things can happen so plan to arrive at least 10 minutes earlier to avoid being late. Out of respect for everyone's time we have a strict no-tolerance policy for late arrivals. Over 10 minute late arrivals will be a no-show and deposits will be forfeited.
No children under 18 are allowed in the studio. If you show up to your appointment with children we will have to kindly ask you to reschedule which at that time you will need to make another deposit for your new appointment.
PREVIOUS PERMANENT MAKE-UP:
We are extremely selective when working over existing tattoos and other tattoo artists' work. If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed, we request that you email us clear photos of your brows for approval (firstname.lastname@example.org). If for any reason you schedule an appointment without approval, your deposit will be forfeited.
Permanent cosmetics are considered a multiple-step appointment process and healed results will vary with each client. Pre-appointment restrictions and After Care instructions are provided to help clients achieve their best healed result, but there is NO GUARANTEE, as we have no control over what happens during the healing process. These instructions are designed to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service. Excessive bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment color and lead to poor results. Additional sessions may be required to obtain optimal desired results. We always thrive to provide you with the best and highest quality service.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Prices are subject to change at anytime.
